Now this is where you have your options that best suit what you are working with. You can click on the circle that says connected to where I click, which will only remove the white from the areas on which you click, but not on anything inside your item. Supposedly, that is the way that it is supposed to work, but sometimes I've discovered that it does take away some of the inside of your item also. You can play around with the slider for the tolerance of the colors that it will remove. The higher the number, the more colors you will remove. The lower the number, the less colors you remove. If you click on All similiar areas, it will remove all white from your image. Just play around with it!
When you are satisfied with your result, (meaning that the area that you want to remove is purple), click Next.
The area that you want to keep should be highlighted. If not, click on Select opposite area. Click on In a separate project or leave it in the original project, whichever you prefer.
7. Click on Done!
8. Voila! I've inserted an orange background to show that the white was removed!
