Here is my father's day LO about my Dad, who is now my boy's Papa!  Here are the instructions for it:

 

Using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0:

 

1.  Use your paintbucket to fill your background with whatever color you want your background to be.

 

2.  Create a new layer above your background layer.

 

3.  Make certain that your foreground color is white and your background color is black.

 

4.  Click on Filters>Render>Clouds.

 

5.  Click on Filter>Pixelate>Crystallize.

 

6.  Click on Filter>Stylize>Find Edges.

 

7.  Now make certain your layer mode is on multiply, so that you can see your colored background.

 

8.  Now add pictures and text.

 

9.  You can also add the clock element, which will be available soon at pagesoftheheart.com!

 

10.  On one of the pictures, I placed a clock stamp available from Cheryl Barber's CD Digital Designs Vintage Collection Volume 1.
