First Day of Pre-School

I kept most of my school layouts on a Kraft Cardstock background so I the transition from year to year would be smooth.  My style is very simple for my school layouts, so I can complete them quickly.  I usually do them all at once after the school year is over.

Journaling :

Lucas started at the Early Learning Cneter when he was 3 on T-Th mornings.  This preschool was a laboratory preschool at Warner Pacific College.  Teacher Gina had several student helpers.  Lucas loved playing with his new friends, but had a hard time adjusting to being without Mom.  When I would come pick him up, he was happy as a clam.  This preschool was unique in their approach to Early Childhood education.  They focused on positive behavior and would change a room's theme every couple of weeks.  Our all time favorite was the REAL tool bench.

Materials used:

Cardstock - Kraft color and Leaving prints.

Journaling:

First day of school at the Camas Washougal preschool co-op.  We were excited to meet other families in the Camas area.  Lucas was so cute standing there for his picture.  He didn't cry when I left him this year.  But he would always need his hug and when I was walking out he would always yell "I love you, I'm gonna miss you."
