Name page - take some random snapshots; journal about how the pet was named
Facts - more random shots can accompany basic information such as his birthday, breed, color, medical history, length, weight, etc.
If your dog is a mutt, journal about which personality traits he got from each of the breeds.
Pictures in inclement weather (especially great the FIRST time they see it)
