Supplies:

Polymer clay (Sculpy)

Doggie Stamps

Black Ink (Stayzon)

Additional embellishments as desired

Instructions:

Pinch off about 1/2" of a clay roll.  Knead until soft and roll out on glass surface until clay is approximately 1/8" thick.

Using a stamp of your choice, ink and stamp the image into the clay being careful to push far enough for a good impression but no so far as to imprint the edges of your stamp into the clay as well.

Lift straight off so the ink doesn't smear.

Using a cutter of your choice (I chose a bottle cap) to cut out your image just like you would if you were cutting out cookies with cookie cutters.  If you will be using ribbon or hanging your tags from something, be certain to make your holes now.  If you attempt to make the holes later, you will crack and break your clay.

Carefully remove the excess clay leaving your images on the glass.  Lift off slowly to avoid skewing your shape.  (I used the edge of a clay cutting blade but dental floss or fine guage fishing line also works to "saw" the shape off the glass.)

Bake according to the packages instructions.  Set aside to cool.

When cool, paint and embellish as desired.  I used white paint to whiten the tag around the doggie images and touched up the stamped image with a Zig fine point marker.  I then tied a black gingham ribbon to each.

Note:  These can be adhered to your pages using many different adhesives.  For these I would most likely use glue dots or Zots.  Scrappy tape would also work well or any other double sided, extra sticky tape.
