Makin's Clay Filigree Corner Tutorial

By Joyce Groom
Design Team Member

Project #3: Filigree Corners

Supplies:

Makin’s Clay Floral push mold
Black Makin’s Clay

Directions:

1. This is simple to do since the clay is already colored. Just press the clay into the mold. Make sure you check the underside to see if there are any air bubbles preventing a smooth finished product or in other words shapes without holes in them.

2. Remove the shape from the mold and repeat process making as many filigrees as you will need.

3. Make sure you lay shapes on a flat surface to dry and allow 24 hours for the shapes to dry. The layout I made using my filigree corners can be seen below.
